This occurred in 2020/2021 where people who had money moves to places without face mask restrictions. These people are moving again.
Elon Musk is going to impact gobament workers due to some of his new facilities being built in key locations ( People go where work is, and property owners look at where work is to determine where money is so that they can develop land and/or purchase properties there)
More homes will go into the market in 2025. Renters will have more options to choose from rather than feeling stuck.
This will be in form of new constructions and new listings. As for the listing part, people will move away and rent out their properties.
AirBnB will do horribly, because of this supply (they already are doing bad now).
People are preferring hotels and other apartments to AirBnB, and people aren’t traveling much and staying in AirBnB, it has dropped since 2020 and also county regulations hate AirBnB. Remember, AirBnB is a ‘short term rental’ which is not like say, the usual renters for 1 year lease. Also, AirBnB prices, for it to work has to be sky high, and renters are going to stop supporting it in most – not all – markets.
Although I have a bit to say about renting in the private 101 course because not having homes is one of the way generational wealth is lost and real estate will continue to rise because of inflation, but that is another story.
Incremental value of properties begins to suck starting from 2 bed 2 bath. Meaning a landlord or investor in real property will only make about $300 more for 4bed 2 bath with more overhead compared to 2 bed 2 bath with about $300 less cash flow and far less overhead. Landlord will begin to now look into wrapping residential properties lesser than 4 beds in their palms far more than ever.
Multi family (duplex and multi units) properties are softening up, Single family property investments are hardening up.
Prudent landlords will begin to suck up to renters and start being friendlier. They will want to renew the lease with renters at all cost. If you rent, put that in mind, I wont give you any suggestions or imply anything, I’ll just say that, you open your eyes and observe the flow of things.

I noticed that you have two trust minutes numbered identically. Those being Property List Minute, and Foreign TTE, Safe Harbour (Geographical). They are both numbered as 1-0002. The Express Trust Initiating Document specifies the property list as trust minute 1-0002, so I am guessing that Foreign TTE, Safe Harbour (Geographical) should be 1-0003. The trust initiating document does not mention 1-0003, though. It mentions 1-0004. Am I missing 1-0003 and 1-0004? or should these be corrected so that the foreign tte document is numbered 1-0003 and the initiating document refers to 1-0003 rather than 1-0004?
A1: Ultimately, you title the minutes as you see if and appropriately refer to them, the msot important minute to be referenced is the property list minute which chronologically is 1-002, the rest can be numbered as you wish. The 1-0004 that the Declaration of trust mentions is the designation of foreign trustee ‘(Geographical)’, this is why the Declaration states that: “Whereas substantial trust decisions and veto powers are determined strictly by Trustees as defined in trust minute 1-0004,”. The 1-0003 is whatever you wish it to be.
Q2: I married a young lady not born in the U.S. in order to assist her in becoming a U.S. citizen. My original plan was to not include her in the express trust being that the marriage would be terminated withing a year or two. We currently file tax returns together, so i wonder if we would experience any difficulty there. I also wonder if it would affect the process we are in to get her papers in any way. Would it aid the process or hinder the process? Would it be better to include her now and remove her at the time the marriage is ended?
A2: Adding her into the trust does not hinder the process of getting her citizenship papers. You can always remove her as you would with any other member via a minute when you see fit. Since she has an ITIN, just make sure she isn’t your foreign TTE.
Q3: Could you describe your studying process and what you have found most effective to expand your knowledge on all this material?
A3: Sleep. A lot of sleep. When I wake up, it flows. This is why sometimes my vioce sounds low and draggy in some videos. . .
. Sleep should be a conscious form of meditation, just go to sleep feeling the consciousness of what you want to know, when you wake up, those first few thought are like rain, all that is left is to find pen and paper or an audio device to collect the rain. Usually it will come via dreams, but I prefer receiving it upon waking up because recording or preserving a vision while half asleep is unfavorable in my opinion as I prefer to enjoy the full rest without interruption of waking up to write down or record some information. You can program your mind to only provide pertinent information only immediately after waking, but minor ones as a form of ‘dream’. Use binurial beats, don’t eat immediately before rest, work out the muscles to move fluids as much as you can, and have a lot of sex to relax your muscle.
Sleep. Sounds maybe funny but when I refer to sleep, I am referring to conscious sleep, not just “I am tired sleep”. Your mind does less thrashing when sleeping, it works about 100x faster because the soul leaves the dense gross body and goes where it is directed without limitation. All you have to do is give it an insurrection to derive an answer, it is best done for one answer per sleep session, and it will. It is a tool to be used. Sleep is a mechanism most forgo and ignore its true purpose for a vast portion of their lives. It is so close to many who meet it daily, but still too far in reaping its advantages.

A2: No need to.
Q3. I was able to do the spiritual work with the 1am/1pm sand paired with alligator pepper seeds, black/white string + needle and it has been working well for me. Are there other uses for the leftover sand I collected?
A3: It does not, it requires a catalyst like the ones you have added for them to be useful. If they were sand from the bank building, then yes, you can grind them, add some lake water, some soap and use it occasionally to draw good people to you.

Q1: I attached my 9 billion $ promissory note to my certificate of trust that I filed in the Recorder’s Office in Henry County GA because they would not allow me to file the Non-UCC-1 with it, insisting that it had to be filed electronically or walked into Fulton County. I complied and filed the Non UCC-1 in person at Fulton County Recorders office separately, however I did not attach the Promissory Note, it was listed in the collateral area only. Should I file UCC-3 and Amend the filing to add it?
A1: Yes.
Q2: If an Rescued Judge failed to file a (Denied) ruling on a Motion to Dismiss for over 10 months, 6 months after his recusal, only to be ordered at a Motion to Dismiss hearing, by he new Chief Judge to file a ruling. What actions should be taken to demand the new Chief Judge Dismiss the case. State is also refusing discovery of Body Cam footage of areest. Several Motion to Dismiss due to constitutional violations has been denied by Chief Judge. What is necessary to demand dismissl?
A2: Do a FOIA to obtain the body camera, sue someone’s name not involved in the case. If the acting judge was recused, their ability to pass order is barred by you the one who recused them. Motion to be head is what should be done.
Q3:Will a fraudulent Failur to Appear for failure to yield at stop.sign bench warrant prevent passport renewal? The was in fact appearance .
A3: Not too certain what the main question is, but if you are asking whether a traffic bench warrant will hinder your passport application, no it wont, it has to be a criminal felony or a large amount owed relating to child support to hinder the application. All contracts are specific, the ‘ACTS AND CONDITIONS’ portion tells you what class of ‘crime’ is a limitation. See image.

First caveat
In the process of doing a thing, it is easy to carry along by adding or modifying what you expect to be the manner it should be done. That is fine, there is always the liberty of conscience. But when it goes awry due to your modification or addition, do me and you a great favor:
Don’t come to me seeking to get it fixed by pretending.
Come to me to get it fixed by disclosing what was modified so it can be properly fixed and things placed back on track.
Even as I speak to you, I can tell where things went wrong, I give you the courtesy of not putting you on blast, but don’t think it is equivalent to ignorance of how the steps are suppose to work. I can tell because I have been through those same steps that did not work and those modifications which leads to predictable outcomes. It was how I was able to come to the conclusion of the best path provided to you, if you then deviate and do what you suspect is best and it does not work, the least you can do is to just be forth coming and disclose it rather than pretending. It’s your life after all.
Hiding things from someone who intends to assist you does not favor you.
The one assisting you now has 3 paths:
1. Play along and see you drown in the issue, which in my opinion makes no sense because it is a waste of time. Or they could;
2. Put things back on track and ignore what happened hoping you realize that you need to do what works to get the desired outcome. Or they could;
3. Call it out, and cease contact with you for good.
Don’t let your fear of what the other side enslaving you coerces you to do, pull you apart from your goal and the discipline required to get to it.
Second caveat:
When we speak and I go silent before providing a response, I am thinking.
Most assume the act of thinking before providing a response is an alarm.
Do not treat the conversation between me and you as you do other conversations.
I think to give you what will best favor you, if you assume my pause and thinking between responses is an intent of misleading you, then clearly you still dont get the reason why you are doing a consultation– to get the best outcome.
When people present an issue or a question, there are usually about 5-10 different outcomes that I immediately see as they explain or ask their question. Those outcomes require explanation of the stepping stone that leads to them, but there is an importance in giving the best path to the outcome that favors the one asking the question so those 5-10 outcomes must be filtered, this is why sometimes even I ask questions before giving you a response. If someone wants to assist you and they dont ask you questions on what is going on, then they are lying because they are just guessing. And, when I guess, I let you know I am assuming what is being told to you.
It is like going to a doctor and you say, “I have a back pain” and the doctor immediately goes “Oh ya, you need back surgery” without asking, how you sleep, your diet, whether you carry a sedentary lifestyle, whether there are conflicting medications that can cause fluid to gather in large joints etc.
Or a mechanic that you take your vehicle to and you say “I need some brake pads for my vehicle” and they dont ask “What is the year, maker, and model of the vehicle”, but they just hands you a damn brake pad. You will be f#cked.
Questions and moments to filter different outcomes that are best for you and explanation of stepping stones to it that you, the one asking the questions has yet to examine and wont realize why it is being explained at that moment are often more important than your assumption of the response.
Do not assume pauses before responses are equivalent to lying to you, or questions after your questions are a form of argument.
Yes there will be times where the responses are quicker, but not always.
Now, if you want me to lie to you, sure I can always provide you rapid fire responses if I see that is what you are looking for—because it will save me the mental toil of thinking of your situation and what’s best for you also –, but know that it will sound good and be at your detriment.
Stop wasting your time with trash state of mind like that, and please don’t waste mine.
When people borrow more money using the banking systems, interest rates will go up, this is because the bank uses the people’s money stored with them as the amount being lent to others. When the money being borrowed by people begin to surpass about 50% of the total monies a specific bank has, the interest rate spikes, to encourage their own profits, reduce their risks, and discourage borrowing, while hoping suckers will nonetheless keep borrowing since the banks are not using their own monies in the first instance. Banks make monies from the cost of money called ‘interest rate’. The rate at which the one playing the role of a creditor chooses to make you pay. Simple.
Here now is the juicier part of things: Just like the wholesale store or the corner store that resells jewelry a.k.a ’pawn shops’ exist, did you know pawn shops exist in banking and for banks?
The pawn shop is called the Federal Reserve.
When your monies in the bank cannot cover the amount the banks are using to leverage their lending to others to make money from, they go to the pawn shop called the Federal Reserve and tell them “hey, give us more money because these suckers don’t have enough to store with us but more of them wants to borrow, and we don’t have monies of our own”. The Federal Reserve responds “sure, but it will cost you. The banks asKS “what is the cost?”, Federal Reserve responds “Oh that’s simple, faith of the people in you, so long as they believe in you we will assist you by giving you money so you can keep cashing out”. This is part of what they call the ‘bank bail outs’.
The Federal Reserve then acts as the reserve of currencies which ought to be gold – but is not –, and goes to their henchmen within the Treasury and tell them “print more money”.
When more money is printed, the amount Joe, Bob, Marry, and LuAnn borrowed retains the same interest rate of 7%, but the same bank they borrowed from now has the same loan for interest rate of 3%. The difference now is what the banks make in profit and that different of 4% could be about five hundred billion which will now be lent to others in a cycle. The at large detriment of that bail out is that someone else is really paying for it besides the loss inccured by the ones stuck with bad interest rate, the cost is the prices of everything going up to balance that ledger somehow, gas, food, cloth, etc.
What was just explained is what many have written books and books and books about.
You should get it, once you do, you will now realize the necessity of handling your own affairs because the value of gold and silver is measured by weight. The currency used to purchase them is what changes, but the weight of the metal itself remains, so if you purchase 1 ounce of silver today at $50 and the banks get bailed out, the $ to purchase the same weight decreases, but the weight of the metal remains, this is because the value of the $ has decreased. So when the worth of the $ decrease, the amount required of you to dish out will be more to get the same metal, no different than the amount required of you to dish out to obtain the same gallon of oil, the same shoe, the same material of clothing spiked up. When you see this, you realize what you can do with your own infinite banking by holding something that retains value. You will realize each business selling items are doing this exact thing because they hold value because you need that thing, that thing does not change in itself, the cost of it does because banks mess with the exchangeable rate of the thing you use to purchase that same thing.
So you do the same, by holding something of value, use trusts, establish your own banking and either cash out or leverage it to make more.
Make sure your children gets this basics, otherwise the use of Trust will be worthless to them.
The reason a thing is done or used is the key, not the thing itself.
Being a trust fund baby is a sign of weakness, because the foundation that those who created that trust fund knew is likely not known by the one now benefiting from it.
You ought to be a trust fund master mind. Not a trust fund baby.

When you use trusts, you set your own rates, you exchange your own value – generally most assume among other people to purchase rice, or shoes, or some form of trade by barter, but think big, because that reality actually exists in front of you.“Old money” exist because the value of what is being used to exchange for it decreases while the thing itself remains the same, but people will forever keep using that thing that decreases in value. See why you initiate your Express trust with a natural resource? A1: No offense taken, just a lesson learned and an opportunity to clarify a few things. It does not spoil my day or keep me from snoring like a baby. That makes 4 questions total, but I see why it is placed like that so you can get it out. Fair. Let me entertain it so that others can learn what I experience every now and then from being polite to people.
As to the question of who you are, no one can answer that for you but you. As to the request on 15 minutes time and you feeling rushed. Here is the simple and short answer:
Order more time in advance if 15 minutes feel rushed.
Long answer:
Quite often I take the time to slow down in explaining and repeating things several times. I don’t think you realize this but here is a snap shot of my record on your past three consultations, I think it is necessary to put it out:
a. 15 minutes consultation on 8-28-24: 35 minutes 14 seconds (extra 20 minutes spent)
c. 15 minutes consultation on 6-20-24: 19 minutes 40 seconds spent (extra 4 minutes spent)
Each consultations gradually went up in time spent. See now how truly frivolous that opening statement of yours was?
Only after the timer runs out are you reminded that the time is up, quite often followed by my question whether you need to ask a few more questions to wrap things up. Where you see being rushed is clearly not because I rushed you, but simply because you should know it is 15 minutes time frame and it is reasonable to let you know time is up. If anything, it is always encouraged to take your time, slowly, and watch the videos first because countless of hours of videos are created just for you which cover 75% of the questions most ask during consultations.
Why are you rushed?
The things being explained during consultations may feel advanced if it is your first time hearing it and you may require time to process it. That part is understandable, but look, don’t do that bs.
