You know how you occasionally clean small things that just take few seconds rather than an entire sleeve rolling back bending chore for an hour or two?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A spot here on the kitchen table, a spot there on the edges of the toilet, a spot there on the office desk, picking up the small plastic blown by the wind but was sitting in between the edges of the door or garden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Those tiny negligible activities that amount to significant things in keeping the living environment healthy and absent of rigid air and a cluttered environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Were you aware that the body requires just that also?<\/p>\n\n\n\n


The living environment for you the soul, called the body, requires those minute, almost negligible spot clean ups and pick ups in order that they do not accumulate to a disrupted flow of air, life force or become difficult to remove later down the line by solidifying with their environment or accumulating in large amounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Water<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parts of the body like the knees, the elbows, the neck, the hips, the spaces between the fat that covers your internal organ, the spaces between your muscle fibers, underneath your skin, the spaces between your gums and your teeth. All these places you may feel but cannot directly touch require those small spot cleaning once a day or so due to the fact that those joints and joinders of one type o tissue to the other are excellent housing spaces for grimes and residues to build over month, years, decades that leads to what people refer to as “getting old”.

They cannot be touched but you feel the effects of the build ups there. So how do you clean them hear and there without much effort or preparation?

Each day, sit down calmly, take 5 glasses of cups and sit them in front of you or a 80oz container,drink one of them at a time. Look at the water, look at the cup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Slowly.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The natural lubricant for these vulnerable, yet negligible and crucial part of your bodies aforementioned is water!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How do you know that the body is well lubricated in the subtle places that affect total health, during now and in a long term?

Your urine!

<\/strong>The color of it must be gentle and not concentrated, its hue ought to be gentle to lay eyes on, light, and simple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do you absolutely have to have these sit down sessions to lubricate these parts of your system that contributes to “getting old”?

Nah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am well aware most are not accustomed to carrying flasks of water<\/strong> about in their daily lives so dedicating a specific time of the day which also trains your body to go “Hey, it lubricating time!” besides the moments where you drink water during meals is a very good idea.


The bodies that you the soul are housed in — your body– is made of at least 70% water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Earth your body is housed in is also made of at least 70% water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n



This is a direct hint by nature’s law that tells you what you ought to mostly consume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From this water, your body knows how to convert it to other liquids required. From that jelly the brain sits in, to theh ones that sits in between each disks in the spine, to the joints of the body, to the eyes, and the hair, and the skin, and the tone of voice, sleep quality, moods, muscle elasticity and endurance, etc., etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you need a sweet snack. Opt for watermelon, especially during the summer, they are wonderful snacks that not only have aphrodisiac attributes ( the white inner parts and the seeds), but it also cleans the blood!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Oh, and of course, it is made of at least 70% water also and is sweet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n



Pay attention to the small things about yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your older years a re determined by what you do now.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The older years ought not to fit the stereotype demographic of grunting and slowing down before you bend, push, pull or navigate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Slow down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But not because you are forced to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But, because you want to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That is a great difference between those who are healthy and those who are not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Which one do you want to be?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Intent v Truth<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Did you know that you can speak the truth and use it to bind people?

Truth being spoken and the party speaking such truth is not the same a pure intent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Intent matters more than the truth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Example 1:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A deer hunter tags another hunter via a projectile that ricocheted during a night hunt absent of night vision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The hunter damaged someone, not an animal. This is the truth<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But what was his intent?

This is why legislative matters and judicial interpretation of it \u2013 if done properly\u2014looks at the intent of the parties before a conclusion. Even in contractual matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The created legislature itself is even preceded by the intent of it being constitutional lest it overruled.
What does it mean for an act, whether written or not to be constitutional?

It observes the basics of what people are entitled to and considers that first before anything.


<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Literally, absolutely, before anything else.

Such constitution can only be then abided by to the extent of what constitute the nature of the one wearing a costume or role playing. Even more, such constitutions exist only to the extent of the nature of the one who says they have it. This is why it called the \u201cConstitution\u201d, a set of writing that entails and affirms what constitutes you the soul animating the body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That which you are readily made of.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The right to speak, associate, connect to a higher power, protect yourself with arms, to be left alone, to be able to speak for yourself through others called witness, to think without fear, to be able to make your own decisions to overturn that which does not benefit human life etc. etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That is the Constitution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That is what constitutes you are a sentient creature; The People.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Intent versus truth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Example 2:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Truths are how cults roll up people\u2019s mind like dough and twist it like a pretzel because it resonates. But the one observing that truth quite often fails to ask the question \u201cIs the intent of this man or woman pure or is there an ulterior motive masked behind the presentment of truth?\u201d

Truths are how people are convinced to remain in relationships that are of great detriment to them in manners that are permanently tattooed into their nervous system, seemingly turning into an entirely different human being that even they cannot recognize themselves anymore. The truth resonated when it was presented to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Truths have been used to convert a sovereign into a thrall since time immemorial.

Truths have been used as tool to get people to comply with things that do not benefit them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Truths are separate from intent, and truths can be used by someone with an ill intent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Example 3:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is there a system that exists that is used lucratively and with great complexity of contract and trust to take advantage of people? Yes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Does everyone you see on social media speaking of such truth actually carry the intent of showing or doing that which benefits you ultimately? Likely not\u2026 for many reasons. (1) Majority are opportunist who need lunch money; (2) Majority considers those who seek such information as fools who want to be free but truly themselves don\u2019t believe in being free, thereby mocks those who sincerely put efforts into seeking beyond the mundane; (3) Attention seeking; (4) They were hired to spread a semblance of truth with the intent of throwing a curve ball that deviates from the actual solution; (5) It feels good for some to entertain what they consider intellectually stimulating things even if they have no idea what it truly entails; (6) It is easier to role play competence when AI can generate feel good talk that can be copied and pasted, easily misleading others to accept the guise of competence, until real life comes into the equation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Truth and intent must coincide, but quite often when we hear certain truths, we tend to forget what qualifies it. The intent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anyone can deduct a truth and research it. What is left now is intent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you as the party on the other end are not prudent in observing intent, then truths may very well be used to carry you from the shore, into deep waters where returning may be attempted to no avail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are endless numbers of charlatans being made and remade daily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Be prudent and do not come to any conclusion merely based on presentment of truths. Learn to use that which reside profoundly within you to measure intent, along with the tool of time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Patiently seek intent alongside truth, rather than appearance of what too many dabble in which sounds and feels good when paired with truth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Think for yourself.
Feel for yourself.
Be yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

..and the path will open.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The hypnotic law of Dominance: <\/strong>This is used in courthouses before you enter, while you go through the check-in counter, immediately thereafter. You see armed men in uniform, and it subconsciously–precociously– throws you off and makes you mentally feeble and thereby physically weak and etherically feeble to other types of suggestions that you are lower… automatically. So here you are intending to enforce a right and your subconscious is bombarded with “you are low, you cant enforce anything because these are the enforcers and you might be in trouble if you speak up or act normal, so be sure to remain low and feeble or they might get you”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Like the times you hear sirens during very specific times of the day to instill the minds of the locals of the presence of those who oversee a given city. This is a form of exertion of dominance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Dominance in hypnosis has nothing to do with a big guy standing in front of you so close that you can sniff his last meal from his breath. The mind does just that with anything that reminds it of a dynamic of a position where one yields to the other. Albeit this example can also fall under repetition and association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The hypnotic law of Rhythm\/Compensation<\/strong>: Is precisely what has been done with these order. See how I listed those laws above and then explained it in scattered order? This is part is mild hypnosis whether you consciously realize it or not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    I bring this to your attention so that you can see it, but one who wants to use it to control you simply wont. They will just do it. In order words, for instance in any sections of the military, they will tell you that “today we will ____, and then ____, and then____”, prior to that point the law of dominance has been used so much that many people memorize the order and expect it as such so that they can execute those instructions robotically lest they be punished, but this time, the hypnotic law of rhythm is mixed into the equation in order to simulate real life stress of unexpected changed during combat. Hypnotic law of rhythm is best used when you know that the other party intends to follow a specific rhythm, whether consciously or not. You first have to create a set up where the subconscious or conscious expect an order in a certain way, THEN you disrupt it. <\/strong>This is done when cadets or recruits join the military and some bald dude comes in right after you have managed to slip into the first REM stage of sleep following a hard night of physical work and mental toil. He jumps in and start spitting at your face, the briana nd nervous sytem is discombobulated, the body is tired, but the adrenaline rush is so excessive that your systme does not know how to deal witht he mix but to do one thing: “obey”, as that is the nly rhythm <\/strong>that makes sense to the mind at that point since it is the only controllable factor besides the fatigue mixed with adrenaline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You See?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    It does not matter at all whether the subject sees it or not, this is why it is hypnotic in nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    I am bringing this to your attention so that you see it<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The moment you break the subconscious expectation, you have provided a new instruction into the subject’s mind: “follow my pace no matter what”, without actually uttering those words.

    Let me put it in a different way.

    Let’s get a little nasty here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Men.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Have you ever been with that female who is about to pleasure you with one of her orifice and right at that moment where she was about to rub tissues with you, she pauses and begins to play with her hair or tries to gather her hair in a bun, or finds something to fix somewhere near her, just for a short moment before continuing?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    That right there is the hypnotic law of rhythm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Men do this too with women in more sinister ways we wont speak of here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This brings back the same impulse where a mother is reaching to the child’s mouth with a spoon filled with some food but before reaching the child’s mouth, the mother stops for whatever reason and the child now must submit to the mother’s rhythm. Experiments were done with this in France back in the mid 1900…<\/p>\n\n\n\n
