The United States 4th Amendment, Cameras and The Law<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You know, I just read something very amusing on how a guy made several hundreds of thousands of dollars against polities that use private corporation\u2019s cameras to track people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. He does a FOIA\/Public Request Act about the captured images of those private cameras.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. The municipalities do not retain such data after a specific period of time, but the private company does.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. FOIA requires the municipalities to have the data available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. They violate FOIA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. He sues them over FOAI violations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. The monies the municipality makes via the private monitoring cameras are gradually lost with each suit, even if the man loses it as the attorney fees are high for cases involving alleged governmental violations since FOIA and privacy Acts Requests are governed by State legislatures.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    By the way, besides the fact that Dish network and Comcast xfinity are sub contractors that install these tools on the streets, the same ones who use drones to monitor people in current war zones as we speak \u2013 you know which, it is all over the news– , are also the ones who are major shareholders of these private company cameras. The very system used to take out those even you probably accepts as bad guys are used against you\u2026 now\u2026 today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The issue is closer than most people can ever imagine and there are creative ways that competence can be used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Anyone with basic know-how can access these forms of monitoring.

    I am almost certain that if someone told most westerners that using banana tree parts can dissolve fibroid tumors in a woman slowly, without any side effects, most wont care to think about it twice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Most wont care to think about it twice because we have long not only forgotten that we are not the only intelligence that exist on Earth, but also that the majority of the things that exist on Earth exist in order to compensate for what we lack and for us to utilize it in case our operating system goes astray.,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In the 1-on-1 course, I described the details of how the core of plant cells are magnesium and the core of and human cells are iron — a form of metal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Being the equivalent of blood in plant that we refer to as “chlorophyll”, when the magnesium in its core comes in contact with the iron in human blood, even absent of direct contact, something very strange occurs, a reaction that bends to the will of the plant itself in a way that alters the consciousness and existence of the human blood.

    That is the catch. The law of entropy is the force that pulls on the universe we exist in as a natural correspondence, and that law of entropy applies in the mind also.

    Anciently, when you hear of “two spirits” fighting an eternal battle that had no time, this is what they refer to. The force of entropy and the force abundance, both pulling and pushing in the realm of “creation” as best as they can, equivalently.

    The law of abundance has rules.
    The law of entropy has rules.

    The later rule is easier to enforce than the first, as the law of entropy only requires the act of leaving oneself open, which is easier to do.

    The law of abundance requires active participation of adding to its building blocks of creation using the faculty of imagination.

    This s why it is a secret super power we all have that we are often unaware of.

    We have the super power of imagination. It simply requires the rule of active participation via inner sight and feeling, lest entropy uses that fundamental building block of creation against us in the realm of imagination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Nature does not discern or care for “good” or “bad”, onyl we label things as such based on our confined comprehension of what we immediately observe at the moment of conclusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2. That most of our thoughts do not originate from us, some of them are that of the majority of people around the location we are in, others are that of souls that are not in the physical body anymore but are attached to certain nature of activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Put these two into consideration, and being calm while having a feeling of the desires outcome will be easier.

    A basic reminder to you of the power that you have and must never relinquish, lest others use it for you. Those “others” involve the majority of those around you that have no clue that someone else already had a plan for their life and lifestyle far before they were born on a societal level.

    Something very important and powerful is going to occur during the early mornings of 8\/12\/26 from around 1am- 5am.

    Jupiter (The force behind abundance), Mercury (The force behind quickness), Mars (“Go force”), Uranus(The force behind change), Saturn(Endurance), and Neptune(Forces behind converting illusion into reality), these 6 planets, will align.

    Planets naturally release wavelengths that influence one another based on their distance and actual angle towards one another in space \u2013 what we refer to as space in astrological influences is but a simple template of existence like a paper to the ink that sits on it, not what we readily see and refer to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    When you are near a sound wave, you tend to hear it louder, the nerves in your sympathetic and parasympathetic systems respond to the wavelength of that sound and the meaning the nervous system defers from them.     On a given day such as Thursday\u2014Jupiter\u2014, where the moon is in a certain degree of Gemini(Mercury), we may find that we have the ability to think quicker and convert those thoughts more effectively into varying and wide range of words for the purpose of creativity or self expression. The same combinations apply with each other days and placements of these planetary bodies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    But something unique occurs when planets physically align.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Actually, when they line up like some intelligence had prior scheduled them to behave as such.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    All of their influences, regardless sof the day, regardless of the Lunar mansion, or the Lunar day, or the plenary hour, concentrates so well that thoughts and intents put forth from the transmitter of the human mind unto the receptors of the world to which that same mind is connected to, tends to respond with strong signals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Meaning, intents tend to come to life when astrological bodies are actually aligned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    So two caveats:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Be very prudent during this day, more than any other days, especially during these specific hours, to be particular about what you think, do and say. Even jokes wont be discerned by nature\u2019s lw as such and maybe carried out as a reality. This not only includes what you say, thin or do, but also that which others say, think or do around you as long as you are able to sense it in anyway.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. More important than the first is to harvest this flow of life. It only occurs once every 4 decades or so. For many people, just twice in a lifetime that is. Like a farmer who plants seeds and await harvest, the lifetime we spend here in this dense material thing is very much like planting a seed with each day that goes by. Most of us plant the seed of patience in awaiting a strong connection with the cosmos in order to place an order, to send a transmission, to insert a thought\/thoughts and harvest it. In another way, these aligned menets are but harvest times of themselves, when a \u201ccheat code\u201d is handed to all \u201cintelligent creatures\u201d as checks and balance in a world where the total intelligence, call you what you may, knows that things get oversaturated eveyr now and then and it gives us the magic wand to fix it as we may, so long as we are readily observant about it and our connection to it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Therefore, if I were you anytime between 1m-5am on 8\/12\/26 \u2013 August 12 2026, I would actually seriously mediate in a quiet environment starting with (a) Writing down what I need, the shorter the list the better. (b) Sitting those intents down in front of me and visualizing a world where I am in those things as I have them, not as things are now. (c) Bury that paper and intent in the soil like a plant and add water to it during said early morning as the soil wakes up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      To be more refined, I would collect all that is sweet, and free, gather them in front of me and offer it to the Earth itself as \u201csings and symbols are for the conscious mind\u201d, and nature speaks primarily through signs and symbols. It does not discern and discriminate interpretations like we do. It just is, so symbolic matter means much during works like this, just as symbols in mathematics symbolized formulas and functions, so do material things in spiritual works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Since intelligent life forms function on either a collective consciousness or collection unconscious. It is best that of all those intents that will be transmitted outward, one must be uniform besides our independent basic selfish desires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      I suggest that one uniform intent is to alleviate and reduce the system of serfdom on Earth as a whole from whatever means is used as intent to bind human soul and activities, whether via technology or not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Recall that what we call technology is a type of science, and technology is not the mere metal and pixels we see. Technology is the means of automating life to be easier and effective. The spiritual acts inclined towards a more viable life as we desire itself, is a technological luxury that nature has embed into us, for us. Some technologies we see, others we do not. The ones we see are quite often used by a small few to bind a large number of people. Now that large number of people ought to use their own form of technology to be free.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Regardless of the current environment, regardless of discomforts, do this, and changes will occur. It is nature\u2019s own cheat code handed to those willing to pay attention to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      This is a reminder of the opportunity you have.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Getting a vehicle in today’s world should not be a headache, but sometimes it can be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      We have years of experience in buy-sell patterns, we have technology to make it easier, we have legislature, we have people who have gone through the experiences of purchasing and transferring these same vehicles, yet vehicle purchases at North America, is one of the greatest risks an adult can take.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The moment we step away from the dealer’s parking lot, we are carrying several tons of liability that is physically controlled with simple shift of weight of the toes and fingers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      We bear the burden of expenses not limited to gasoline cost, electricity cost which also cost gasoline e burning if it is an electric vehicle, cost of repair, cost of maintenance, cost of holding the risk transfer policy called insurance, cost of other’s negligence that carry around another several tons of machinery on the road etc..<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The greatest of all those risks though, is with those the tool is obtained from; the dealers themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The risk involved in a third party not only selling your data to data brokers who use your identity for the purpose of tracking, marketing and subtle control, but to also make $$$$$$$$.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Each dealership you see makes $ for every vehicle they sell that the consumer continues to remain in the loop of debt with because the vehicle maker have quotas for the dealer not just based on what the dealer sells, but based on how long each consumer keeps the vehicle financed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The vehicle makers keeps track of this every year, 3 years, 5 years, 10 years so that the data could be shown to their investors to say “So look, most who used this particular made and model bought from dealers kept it, so you should give us more money to create a 2030 version of this”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      What this means is that it is in the best interest of the dealer and the vehicle maker for the every day men and women to lease or finance these vehicles. Regardless of the MSRP, the higher it ends ups selling, the higher the rates, the higher the terms, the better, because it looks good for them and their investors will hand them higher $$$.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The primary goal of the every day man and women seen as useless eaters is :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      (1.) To walk into a dealership as informed as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      It keeps the predator from feeding on you more than is needed and the best approach is to ask questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The greatest form of communication skill besides listening that anyone can learn, is the ability to ask questions. If you practice the art of making at least 70% of your interactions forms of questions, your growth in anything in life will skyrocket along with lifestyle satisfaction.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      This is because questions, while they may seem to be an element of uncertainty, they make clear statements without clearly stating them. Not as a result of sarcasm or rhetoric, but by the nature of the question itself, there is an implied foundation of awareness of where the question is derived from. In order for the one answering those questions to do so effectively, they must automatically also assume that the one asking the question has a certain level of foundation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      This is the main purpose of this post, to arm the everyday man and women with a beneficial stance via questions.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Whoever asks the question is in control.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Control is the goal of all predatory systems such as vehicle purchasing and selling business like that of dealerships.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The most effective way to retain your own control and avert that of the predator is to ask questions.<\/strong>A predator has 1 weakness, which is the competence of the one perceived as a prey.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      But the prey must execute it in a manner that does not alarm the predator so that it does not see the table is flipped so soon. So that it feels that its predatory instincts remain in tact. You win, it wins.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      This is done in form of good faith, competent questioning that forces the stance to change.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Dealerships and their sales people need the money so merely asking them questions will not cause them to “turn you down”. So do not hesitate to ask questions a sit only benefits you.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      In fact, what I will do is hand write these questions, take a notepad of sort and a physical pen with you, not a digital notepad. Then tell them, ” I wrote these down while I was shopping at other dealerships, I am just car shopping and I have a few things I need to check off my list just to be sure I am committing my money and time in the right place”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      This statement alone paired with a hand written question and a pen to scratch it off in front of the predator does one simple thing. It brings them back to Earth subconsciously that they are there to give you a helping hand, rather than screw you over. It shows them you trust them enough to answer your questions, but you are meticulous and are willing to take your sweat equity else where before committing to a relationship with a crazy institution that will stonewall and manipulate anyone they interface with.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      These are the categories of what I used to write down when I go vehicle shopping.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      This is what I do.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      You know how you go home shopping and just do not select a home because it looks good, or how you actually use courting process similar to a job interview with someone you potentially will spend the rest of life with? Well the same ought to be done with that thing that you will use for locomotion.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Take it that serious.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The closer you get the $ amount down at the beginning, the easier it will be to discharge the liability involved.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      As simple as it is, asking question does in fact lower prices of things purchased.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The entire process of purchasing a vehicle is a negotiation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Preferably, I would humbly suggest that people just purchase vehicles from private users on car selling platforms. Of course do the due diligence of the validity of the title and VIN , test drive it, check the computer system using a code reader, do physical inspection of the windows, whether the keys opens both the door and turns on ignition, leakages, smells inside and out, and meet only during the day time at a public location, preferably near the vicinity of police stations. Not because there is true public trust in such proximity being a protection –if someone will harm you and they mean it, they will do it regardless of location –, but those with ill will in shaky transactions often want to reduce their trail of bad acts, and remaining far from police stations is one of their precautions. Purchasing private seller vehicles are the best if you have the cash in hand. Most dealers do over price their vehicles, the same ones you can find from a private seller for better price, no adhesive contract. If you find that a dealer is what you prefer, then be sure to have these questions in hand, physically:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \u201cWhat monthly payment can you afford?\u201d is really the confines of conversation most dealers and their sales people want to place you into, but do not let the interaction collapse into that limited scope that they hope you tag along with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Ask about more than the vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Ask about the dealership, ask about the one standing in front fo you looking at you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Is the legal name of the dealer selling this vehicle different from the one posted outside?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Who is the actual seller on the purchase contract?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Is this dealership independently owned or owned by a larger dealer group? (If it is the later, they will often outsource the collection of the finance and lease amounts)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Are you guys licensed in this State?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      is the manager the one that is authorized to sign the purchase agreement on behalf of the dealership?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Who will be my point of contact if there is a problem after the sale?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I they ask of which dealer you refer to, tell them it is out of State. This shows your willingness to branch out and find what fits you and you are willing to walk the f*ck off.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Which incentives am I actually receiving, and what qualifications are required for each?<\/strong> Do nOt ask ‘are there any incentives?’ Ask WHICH….<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      This is something soooo many people fail to do which causes the trained sales personnel to homogenize the loan negotiation with the vehicle transaction negotiation. Most do not realize that these two negotiations — vehicle transaction, a.k.a the vehicle cost and value versus the loaning of the cost itself– are two completely separate worlds of negotiation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      To reiterate: The negotiation of the cost of the vehicle is one, the negotiation of the loan of that cost of the vehicle is another.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Besides setting the foundation for and actually negotiating properly, the dealership-centric questions also proves their intent in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Next ask questions directed towards the sales personnel<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      “I am ***<\/strong>your name<\/em><\/strong>**, and you? This is less awkward than “What is your name?” dictator type of interaction. It is an even exchange, but all of this is being preserved.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Are you authorized by the dealership to make representations concerning the vehicle’s price and condition?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Are you authorized to negotiate the purchase price?<\/strong> This kills the needs for them to play the bs game of “I am gonna go check with my manager”. if they say they cant negotiate, then jsut tell them you want to directly negotiate with the manager and you are in no rush and are willing to wait while they answer other customers. Word for word, say that. You are considerate and are aware they have a business to run, and you are willing to work with them.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Who has final authority to approve changes to the purchase price?<\/strong> This may sound repetitive to you, but sales people are well trained to bullshit their way around questions so in case they do that with the prior one, get straight to ti with this one.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Only after those questions do you begin price related inquiries — not credit related yet — as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      What is the manufacturer’s suggested retail price a.k.a MSRP?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      What is the actual selling price?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      What dealer discount is being applied with the sale of this vehicle?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      What manufacturer incentive or rebate is being applied with the sale of this vehicle ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Are there any conditions attached to that price?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      What is the exact destination\/freight charge?<\/strong> This is if you intend to have it delivered.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      What dealer documentation fee are you charging?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      What other mandatory fees are being charged?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Which charges are government charges and which are dealership charges?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Then ask credit related question:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \u201cIf I pay cash or obtain financing from my own bank, does the vehicle price change?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Then ask about the vehicle itself:

      When you ask about the vehicle, skip the bird brain bs like the trim, make model, VIN # etc. You already know this before stepping in there, and the assumption is that the VIN is not washed lest they be held liable as all the information will be on the closing documents. The onus if on you to verify and match the VIN on paper with t he VIN # on the vehicle. You must do this yourself. Asking them about this is useless.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Can I see the manufacturer’s window sticker?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Can I see the vehicle history available to the dealership?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Can I inspect the vehicle before signing the final paperwork?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Then ask about the warranty:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Only then do you get into financing questions, if they try to speak about financing before all that, stick with your questions and tell them you do not intend to speak of that just yet until the basics are known for you to move forward. Financing is assuming you are ready to close on the deal:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Just so you know, whenever a dealer finances a vehicle, they will always charge you a higher rate.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      They call this the “contract rate”. The rate you want is the “buy rate”.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      This is how it works, the “lender” that ‘approves’ the loan gives a rate based on the approved credit profile history. This is called “contract rate”.The dealer then comes and add a few more numbers to that rate and the monthly payment, this is called the “buy rate”. This is one of many ways<\/strong> in which dealers use the contract as a slush fund and violate Truth In Lending Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      When ou begin the finance question, it will only be directed to the manager or the finance and insurance personnel. This is not entertained with the sales personnel. At this point, with all the prior questions, when you ask for a “F&I manager” or “someone who deals with the finance and insurance”. The sales man or woman will be happy to gtfo from your sight and go get someone else. Tell them you are willing to wait. So be sure you actually have time as sales people can sense your own sense of urgency and will use it against you at any point.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      5. Which lender approved this loan?<\/strong> This is even more important than the prior question as you will be taking note of all of this, and you will be letting them see that you are taking note of it all. They usually change this after you enter into the contract.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      6. What is the lender’s name and address?<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      7. Who will own or service this loan after I sign?<\/strong> The servicer can legally be different from the alleged creditor. It is often baked into the language of the contract.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        If they pass the last stage, then comes the interest rate questions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          So is this TILA disclosure completely filled out, and does every number correspond to the purchase agreement I am signing?<\/strong> They will always fail this question just so you know.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          All those are precisely the required Truth in Lending disclosures in summary, if all those legalese were to be put in form of a question that if inaccurate is prosecutor not only against the dealer, but the assumed “lender” also because the f*ck up of the dealer via their greed and gluttony smears on the lender also as you were given the impression in good faith that such dealer’s decisions were that if the lender’s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Only after the TILA questions have been exhausted do you ask about the down payment. These chronology matters since the preceding ones naturally speaking are the steps to qualify the ones after them, contractually speaking.           If the financing terms change, can I still cancel the transaction and recover my deposit?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          After that be VERY SURE THAT THE CONTRACT REFLECTS THE REMOVAL! The contract governs the binding effects, so words dont mean sh*t with dealers. Words are not their bonds. Benjamins are. So have them re print over… and over… and over and have then show you where it was before and compare it to the newly printed one. So do not allow them to tear the old one or shred it, compare the prior contract and the newly printed one where they removed the add-on clause mess. In other words \u201cOkay so where is the part where the optional product was removed from the old one?. where is the part where the optional product was removed from the new contract?”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Is GAP insurance offered on this?<\/strong> If the answer to this is a”no”, then there is no need to continue further.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Can I cancel it later?<\/strong> This later cancellation is asked because some dealers may insist that if it is offered, it is because they want to assure it leaves their lot covered against their loss. So you must ask about how to cancel it the moment an inch exists between you and that dealer’s lot.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          What happens to any unused portion if I happen to pay off the loan early?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Do not assume that because you drove the vehicle home, every financing issue is necessarily resolved. Read the actual paperwork governing the transaction. This is what allows the dealership to call you and tell you to come back to sign some other unnecessary re contract bullshit. So affirm that the deal is final at that point before stepping inside that vehicle to take it home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Also, once you arrive home, search the vehicle or get someone to search it and remove the tracker.
